The mission of Recycling For College is to provide college savings for students of diverse backgrounds through recycling. Our goal is to make college education accessible for all.
Ted Gillan has spent over a decade in the research industry implementing process and project management solutions for a vast array of industrial applications. Over the last ten years Mr. Gillan's focus has been in regulations, compliance, systems validation and process evaluation and improvement. He joined Recycling For College in 2008 as the COO and member of the board directing the organization's overall development, operations and financial policies. Mr. Gillan will continue to support the organization retaining his responsibilities and will further this support and future directions as the President and CEO.
Craig MacKinder
Director
Craig MacKinder brings more than 20 years of technology experience to his position. Mr. MacKinder has demonstrated success in driving operational growth, leading full-scale start-up efforts, optimizing technology service organizations and building world-class technical infrastructures. Mr. MacKinder is the President of Total Tech Resource Corporation a leading Web Application Solutions provider in San Diego, California. Mr. MacKinder has managed multi-million dollar technology support organizations with members in Ireland, England, Hong Kong and the United States. Craig holds a B.S. degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and several Technology industry certifications
Jeff Pawelek
Director
Jeff Pawelek has spent his career finding ways to improve people's lives through research. Jeff's primary research interests focus on young children and adolescents with spinal deformities. Jeff has published several collaborative scientific articles in leading medical journals and is an Associate Fellow of the Scoliosis Research Society. Prior to his current position as Director of Research at the San Diego Center for Spinal Disorders, Jeff worked at Rady Children's Hospital San Diego from 1999 to 2008, where he began his research career in the Department of Orthopedics.
